PrecisionPro Clean was founded by Will Johnson, a business-minded professional with deep roots in the cleaning industry. Will grew up watching his grandfather run a successful cleaning business for over 30 years, which sparked his passion for both entrepreneurship and exceptional service from an early age.

After gaining hands-on experience in both business and janitorial services, Will saw firsthand what worked—and what didn’t. He noticed that too many companies cut corners, overlooked employees, and put profit before people.

Founder & Owner
Will Johnson leads PrecisionPro Clean with a passion for business, a legacy in cleaning, and a people-first approach. Raised around his grandfather’s successful cleaning company, Will learned the value of hard work, integrity, and consistency from a young age.

With hands-on experience in both janitorial services and business operations, Will founded PrecisionPro Clean to raise the standard in the cleaning industry—focusing on quality, accountability, and respect for both clients and employees.

Roberto Felicio
Director of Operations Commerical
Roberto Felicio brings a unique blend of high-level hospitality experience and commercial cleaning expertise to the PrecisionPro Clean leadership team. As an accomplished Executive Chef and owner of a successful catering company serving embassies and government organizations in Washington D.C., Roberto understands the standards required in environments where professionalism, precision, and presentation matter most.

In addition to his culinary career, Roberto has developed a deep understanding of the commercial cleaning industry, from front-line service delivery to advanced quality control systems. His hands-on knowledge and sharp eye for detail ensure that every job meets the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

With proven leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence, Roberto plays a key role in driving quality, performance, and client satisfaction across every project we take on.
Ana Luiza Felicio
Director of Operations Residential | Sales
With a strong background in both technology leadership and residential cleaning operations, Ana Luiza brings a strategic and detail-driven approach to the PrecisionPro Clean team. Before joining the company, Ana served as a Chief Information Technology Officer in São Paulo, Brazil, where she led high-performing teams and implemented complex systems with precision and efficiency.

Her transition into the cleaning industry was driven by a passion for service excellence and an eye for detail—qualities that make her an expert in managing and optimizing residential cleaning operations. Ana understands what it takes to deliver a spotless, personalized experience in people’s homes, ensuring each client receives the highest level of care and professionalism.

Rafaella Guimaraes
Director of Client Relations | Marketing
Rafaella Guimarães is a dynamic leader with proven expertise in client relations, contract management, marketing, and team leadership. Before joining PrecisionPro Clean, Rafaella played a key role in the success of a prominent CDL training school in Frederick, Maryland, which grew to five locations across the East Coast.

Through her work in business development and operations, she gained deep experience in building strong client relationships, navigating complex contracts, and leading cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Her background gives her a strategic edge in managing both external client needs and internal team performance.
